To use JetPad, you must:

• Comply with your local laws related to cryptocurrency and financial services.

Account Creation & KYC

To access services such as buying/selling crypto or depositing/withdrawing fiat, you must complete KYC verification. We partner with third-party providers to perform identity checks.

• You are responsible for securing your credentials and recovery information.
• JetPad may suspend accounts if KYC is incomplete or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Services Provided

JetPad provides the following services:

• A non-custodial smart wallet.
• Buy/sell crypto using on/off-ramp partners.
• Send and receive USDC and supported tokens.
• Pay utility bills and mobile airtime (where supported).
• Token swap functionality.
• Track balances and transaction history.

Fees

JetPad may apply transaction fees, network fees, or partner commissions. Fees will be disclosed before completing any transaction.

Third-Party Partners

JetPad integrates with external providers for fiat payments, identity verification, and liquidity services. These partners operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

• JetPad is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
• User activity with partners is governed by their respective agreements.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use JetPad for illegal activity including fraud or money laundering.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app.
• Violate any law or regulation related to your use of JetPad.

Intellectual Property

All JetPad content, branding, and technology are owned by Jetpad Digital Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

JetPad is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous access, price accuracy, or platform availability.

• Cryptocurrency usage involves inherent risks including price volatility.
• You use JetPad at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

JetPad is not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access (e.g., compromised recovery phrase).
• Delays or failures from blockchain networks or third-party services.
• Regulatory changes that affect service availability.

Termination

You may close your JetPad account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or local regulations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Lagos State courts.
